Demonstration use
RoomReady✓ is currently presented as an interactive product demonstration. The sample locations, records, workflows, and reporting shown in the demo are illustrative and use simulated data.
Confidential access
Access to the private presentation and investor materials is governed by the RoomReady Confidentiality Agreement displayed and accepted before entry. These general terms do not replace or limit that signed agreement.
No operational guarantee
The demonstration is provided for evaluation and planning. It should not be relied upon as a safety, employment, compliance, inventory, or maintenance system unless a separate written customer or pilot agreement is in place.
Intellectual property
RoomReady✓ branding, presentation, workflows, copy, and original product materials are owned by Katie Lynn Navarro unless otherwise indicated. RoomReady✓ may not be copied or represented as another party’s product without permission.
Future services
Pricing, implementation scope, support, data handling, and service commitments for any pilot or paid deployment will be set out in a separate written agreement.
