Information we collect
When you sign the confidentiality agreement, we collect your full name, business email, company, title, typed signature, consent, agreement version, timestamp, IP address, browser or device information, and receipt number. When you request a RoomReady✓ walkthrough, we also collect the email address and basic information you submit.
How we use it
We use submitted information to document confidential access, administer the agreement, protect RoomReady materials, respond to inquiries, discuss RoomReady✓, and improve the demonstration experience. We do not sell your personal information.
Access records and retention
Signed-agreement records are retained as business and legal records for as long as reasonably necessary to document acceptance, enforce the agreement, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. A secure browser cookie remembers signed access on the device. Clearing cookies may require signing again.
Operational data
A future customer implementation may include employee names, timestamps, checklist responses, notes, and photos. Data practices for a paid pilot or customer deployment will be defined in the applicable customer agreement before use.
